Highly respectable and knowledgable in the area we asked about in regards to housing. Had a very pleasant experience with finding the home just for us. She answered all the questions we had and some of the ones we actually didnt think to ask as well. We didnt go into buying a home blind thanks to her. She was very efficient and was able to meet our needs as a realtor both professionaly and with integrity. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a starter house or just a house in general. If down the road my wife and I decide to moved we would hope to procure her services again

I couldn't imagine having another realtor to help us with our first time homebuying experience. Cathleen was with us every step of the way and patiently answered every question I had (and there were a lot.) I'll always have a fond memory of this experience and it's all thanks to her!

Hands down the best in the business! Words cannot describe how please we were with Cathleen. She has gone above and beyond with open houses with our property, selling our lot and helping us find a new location for our new home. Not only did she work on that side but she was there for us emotionally and mentally. She was there to help us out with our frustrations and reassured that everything would work out! She definitely felt like she was a part of our family! You definitely need her on your side!
